Whoops, 10 months slipped by, not much new this month, Brayden did take his first unaided steps on Jan 14, just 5 days before his 10 mo bday. He only took about 3 steps, but he did it again a couple more times that day. He is very good at walking around while holding onto things like furniture and can move from one thing to the next, but he is still hesitant about letting go…we bought gates, just gotta install them now!
Wow, I know I say it every month, but I really can’t believe 9 months have flown by, I am going to blink and Brayden will be a year! His 9 month Doctors appointment went well, he is just over 20 lbs and almost 29 inches, which is right in the 50-60% ballpark, nice and average! He is a curious monkey now, crawling around everywhere, pulling up to stand on everything and investigating all things! He went on another plane trip , this time to NC to see Nana, he had a great time! His first Christmas went well, his favorite toy/activity was taking mega-legos out of the bin and throwing them on the floor! That’s about it for now!
Well, another month has flown by! Brayden has taken his first plane flight, up to Boston and visited about a million people up there. He likes to move around a lot now and pulls up on any piece of furniture he can. He can walk a little bit while holding onto something, like a couch. And just tonight he managed to stand up and let go and stay standing for about 3 seconds, then fell to his butt! haha. That’s about it for this month!
Sept. 19, 6 months since Brayden was born, I can’t believe it! He had his Dr. appt. today and weighed in at 17lbs 12 oz and is roughly 27 1/2 inches long, though he’s hard to measure bcz he moves around so much! He is a very happy boy and has started to get up on his knees and rocking back and forth, which sent us straight to the kitchen to start babyproofing!
Brayden is now just over 4 months old. At his check up, he weighed in at 15 pounds and 25 1/2 inches. He now puts everything he can in his mouth, toys, bib, fingers etc. He is a drooling machine too 
He is a lot better coordinated with his hands and can play with his toys a lot more now. So, all in all, he is a great boy, if I do say so myself!
Today Brayden is 1 Month old! His Dr. appointment went well, he is very healthy! Guess my scale was a little off, he weighed in at 9lb 10oz and 22 inches long, he is 50% for weight and 75% for length. We are excited for ‘Ol Nana’s visit next week!
According to my scale, Brayden has broken into the 2 digit weight category, topping off at 10 pounds!
We’ve got lots of new pictures up on the website. Brayden had a visit last weekend by his Mass aunties, Dani & Sara. This weekend his uncle Chris and cousin Anth are visiting. We are all doing well!
Ugh, tried to upload 60 pictures from the digital camera, Corupt, gone..:-(
we’ll just have to take a lot more in the coming weeks and upload more frequently.
Happy to say Brayden had a great Dr’s appointment today, he is up to 7lb 12oz, more than when he was born!
